Return & Exchange Policy

In order to ensure your rights when purchasing products at Henry Le Design and improve the quality of after-sales service, we will support you to exchange a new product of the same type if the product has a problem due to a manufacturing error.

Payments Policy

  •   The product is returned due to a defect due to the supplier not meeting the requirements of the contract.
  •   The product is returned within the warranty period or a defect is discovered during the delivery process of that order.
  •   The product must be returned with its original packaging and complete with all accessories.

Cases where the product cannot be returned

  •   You want to change the type or model of the product.
  •   User error.
  •   No external defects (scratches, dents, distortions, breakage, chips, etc.) are accepted when the customer has completed the product delivery.
